Filmmaker Darren Aronofsky’s AI venture, Primordial Soup, has released On This Day… 1776, a short-form series that recreates moments from the American Revolution using Google DeepMind technology. Each episode is released on the 250th anniversary of the historical event it portrays.

The viral AI assistant originally known as Clawdbot, later Moltbot and now OpenClaw, was created by Peter Steinberger. What began as an experimental autonomous agent has since led to an unexpected offshoot called Moltbook, a Reddit style platform created by Matt Schlicht, where AI agents post, comment, and interact with each other while humans observe.
